Special Permit (License) No. 02200/21-00884 to perform transactions with precious metals and stones, issued for a five-year term by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus subject to Decision No.132 dd. 23 June 2010 and later extended for a ten-year term by virtue of Decision 165 dd. 4 May 2015.
